Willekleurig received 150 bags of Organic Basil seeds from Bolster again. We had the "Zaad Feestje" (a lovely rainy day in the park), May 8th and hope that everyones basils are thriving!

With all the Basil plants everyone brings to the festival we can make plenty of Pesto other delicious dishes.

This year we received our  olive oil, pine nuts and cheese from the biological shop Maikel.

Pesto project 2009

Basils came from everywhere and decorated the tent till the Sunday. We received biological olive oil from L. Tuveri,  pine nuts from Jan Bosscher, and 3 year old cheese from Auke´s biologies kaas. Sunday we trimmed the plants and enjoyed biological bread cooked on the terrain served with our beautiful batch of organic pesto. A Willekleurig winner.
